India is a solid competitor in the space race.  Indians are celebrating the landing of their lunar probe, the Chandrayaan-1 on Saturday, November 15.

The probe had the Indian flag in its payload, but it’s probably more like a jigsaw puzzle now because the probe slammed into the Shackleton crater at over 5,000kph ( 3,100mph).

Bravo India - not for the slamming into the surface part.
