Actually, I hate exceptional customer service, and that is what I’m greeted with at my comic book store of choice, Heroes World, located just north of Toronto.

Every time I go in, the staff actually acts as if they enjoy being there and sharing their enthusiam with clients - go figure.  This “treat your customer well” philosophy might be great for business, but it kinda sucks for me, because I never seem to leave the store without purchases.  Why are they making it so easy for me to buy?

I’m not a Super Hero genre fan, yet last week I left the store with “Superman, Red Son“.  Today I left with the collected series from 1 - 14 of “The Immortal IRON FIST“.

I don’t like great customer service - no, I mean it.
